Bank transfer is preferred. We'll send clear, simple instructions via email — it's secure and easy to do online or at your local branch.

We know plans can change. Generally:

• 12+ weeks before: Full deposit refund
• 8-12 weeks: 50% refund
• Under 8 weeks: Regretfully non-refundable, but we'll help you transfer to another person if possible.

Our tours are designed for active seniors. You should be comfortable walking short distances and getting in and out of vehicles. We choose hotels and sites with accessibility in mind — just mention your needs when you enquire so we can check suitability.

Absolutely! Most of our guests are solo travellers — you'll be in great company. Single rooms are available so you always have your own space.

We carry a basic first-aid kit, know the local hospitals, and will help arrange assistance. However, please note we are travel companions, not medical carers. Personal travel insurance with full medical cover is mandatory for all guests.

Souvenirs, occasional drinks, tips — most guests take around £150–£250 for the whole trip. Cards work widely in Sri Lanka too, but we recommend having some local currency (Sri Lankan Rupees) for smaller purchases.
