Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Prara Ceylon.

1. Booking and Payments

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a tour. The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the departure date. We accept payment via bank transfer.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 12+ weeks before departure: Full deposit refund.
• 8-12 weeks before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• Under 8 weeks before departure: Regretfully, no refund can be provided. However, we will assist you in transferring your booking to another person if possible.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive personal travel insurance with full medical cover is mandatory for all guests. You will be asked to provide proof of insurance prior to departure.

4. Medical Care & Liability

Prara Ceylon hosts act as travel companions and guides. We are not medical professionals or carers. We carry a basic first-aid kit and can assist in arranging local medical help, but we cannot accept liability for any medical issues that arise during the trip.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we aim to follow our planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make adjustments for the safety, comfort, or well-being of our guests due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
